Chrysocolla in host rock, braided band, size 6.5

Hand made with a stone from Joshua Tree area of Southern California.  This was my first fully hand made ring, one of my favorite chrysocolla and host rock combinations.  Hand mined and cabbed.

Hand cut and set in sterling silver in my mobile metalsmith studio- a hand-built skoolie that allows me to live and work close to the landscapes where many of these stones are found.

Set in solid sterling silver and finished by hand, this piece was created to honor the natural character of the stone rather than compete with it.
